This is a terrific fiber product - it tastes great, like vanilla, and dissolves easily in water or juice without turning to thick sludge. And it does the trick! It keeps you very regular. I have used it for years and plan to continue using it.

Tastes great very easy on your system

I've used Fabulous Fiber for many years, and suddenly it was not available. I mix it with skim milk and a little lite chocolate syrup daily. It's not harsh and does what it's supposed to. Glad it's back because I haven't found an adequate substitute.
