SIMOLIO Over-ear Long Cord Headphones for TV and PC with Volume Control and MIC

The sound is great,I can hear every little noise on my TV now & definitely value for money with the sound you hear & the 6m cable is perfect for when I'm in bed.

Nice head phones quite comfortable. Long cables to reach the tv. Sound quality is ok for the price. My only bug is the fiddly volume control and the fact that the lowest volume I can get is still very loud.

When I first linked the headphones to my tv, I was hugely disappointed; sound quality was terrible, volume was low - however much one increased the volume control button - and the only improvement was heard after pushing down the multi function button. Now, I'm delighted with the quality and volume of sound. What made the difference? Sellotaping down the multi function button and adding the 'extra' 2-3 metres of cable supplied with the headphones. It's an inexpensive set of headphones, the volume/mfb set look and feel cheap and are set too close to the headphones - but it now delivers on the sound.

Exactly what we requested

It's early days , but - plugging these in doesn't affect the volume of the TV speakers, so one person can have the headphones on at full volume while another can watch TV at normal volume, or of course you can turn the TV speakers right down. The volume control on the headphones is a bit fiddly. You have to get the headphone jack exactly in the right place or you get sound out of one earpiece or the other but not both. The headphones are a bit big for a small head. I bought these for someone who's half deaf, so we'll see how things go. Basically, they work.

Seem decent quality, and feel quite robust. Will get limited use for TV watching only, so sound quality is more than adequate for us.

The microphone is poor quality. Picks up mains hum and is low volume. It's not always detected either, while my old headset was.

Great headphones, perfect for working and casual listening. No complaints, much better than expected. Very happy with these headphones. The sound quality is clear and with great bass, good enough for my needs. The best part is the comfort of these headphones. They have soft earmuffs, fit over my ears just fine, are surprisingly lightweight and comfortable for daily use. Love the volume control and mic, they are really helpful for meeting, music and gaming. Over-ear can help me with noise cancellation and concentrate on video games. Excellent product for the price. I would order these again.
