Best cure ever
Best fish cure ever made. My Solmon smokes up perfect with this cure. I have tried others but they didn't do the job well at all.

Taste great
I soak salmon in this product overnight to smoke the next day. 1.5 hours at 225 degrees. People rave about it, even people who are not crazy about salmon.
