This is my favorite shampoo. However the way it ships is not so good. Ships in a plastic bag and the shampoo tens to open up and spread shampoo all over the bag.

Infusion 23 shampoo is good but Pert shampoo is better for leaving hair soft and manageable

The low rating is based on the fact that i really can't see any difference between this and our regular products, Aussie and Head and Shoulders. I'm not sure what a five star shampoo would be. Sorry.

I ordered this product online with ABC Wholesalers and was sent another product by the same manufacturer Infusium 23 shampoo "Volumizer". When I explained the error to ABC customer service, they tried to persuade me in to believing it was the same product, just packaged differently.However, this is not the case,as I have contacted the manufacturer and ascertained that they are two TOTALLY different products, and Infusium 23 Shampoo MAXIMUM BODY FOR FINE, THIN HAIR is specifically for fine thin hair... not normal hair.I ordered a product I knew, had used and was more am more than happy to recommend THAT product to anyone who has fine thin hair.

Not as good as I expected, but ok

This shampoo plus the leave in conditioner is all fine hair really needs. Two products that leave the hair feeling like hair with a bit of texture to it. My baby fine hair does not need products that cause it to be softer and therefore flat. I never should have left Infusium 23, didn't realize this was the best product I ever used until I returned to it again.

Wasn't the same bottle as shown, and didn't perform as well.

Best volume building shampoo we've ever found. Leaves hair reasonably soft, and works well with their conditioner as well
