I love this mirror, it’s so practical, has all the needed information you want to see first thing in the morning, weather, temperature, time and date. The music sounds fantastic and super easy to connect. Love it.

We bought this mirror for our master bathroom. And we were super excited about it. HOWEVER, the instructions were not very clear at all on how to set up the mirror. In fact it took me two days to figure it out. First download the WISEMIRROR app. In the Amazon description it wasn’t clear which app to download. It listed one thing on Amazon and another in the manual. Then, you must get it to say scan. May need to follow the instructions on the app. Which are also not super clear. You have to unplug the mirror six times for it to say scan. Once that’s done. You have to connect to the MIRROR wifi in the APP. Instructions weren’t super clear on what wifi to connect to. I thought I needed to connect to my home wifi. But no, connect to the mirror wifi. That says wisemirror. Then it took me a while to figure out why the light wasn’t working. I finally watched a review video to find that it was on the bottom left side.Overall, it was super hard for me to figure out how to get it set up. But I hope this helps someone else.Love the mirror. Just hated the set up process and vague instructions.

We love the mirror the quality is great. We just have not been able to utilize all the benefits. We were remodeling and bought the mirror early but we were not able to send it back due to the fact we thought it would work perfectly when we installed it so if someone can reach out to us and help us, that would be great thank you.

Within minutes it connected to wifi and the app is easy to set up thank you!

The first mirror my contractor bought arrived shattered. The second, which I ordered, simply refuses to connect and is out of the refund window. After setting up a brand new network that’s 2.4GHz only for this mirror, I’ve tried both modes (“scan” and “ap”) and in no case does it work. To add insult to injury, you can’t turn on the light around the mirror without the app. So that’s where we are: a mirror that’s supposed to have a lights that don’t work without an app.Oh and the app, which is mostly Engrish, is by a developer called “Adsmart” and refuses to work unless you grant it every permission under the sun to make sure they can target you. Going to ask Amazon for a refund with proof of it being destroyed so that I can have a working mirror.

The concept of this mirror is awesome but it sucks on details. The wall anchor provided are worthless. Unless you hit a stud do not use those anchors. Why not have a better installation kit. This mirror is going to be touch daily turning the light on and off. If you buy this mirror I would think through the installation and get your own anchors. Also the power code should have been a plug in cord like a TV or Computer so if you hard wire it you can unplug it from the mirror side. Also the weather part is always on you can only turn it off by unplugging the mirror. Last issue i have with design is the bluetooth can only connected to new devices by unplugging the mirror. I hardwired the mirror so we have to turn off the breaker.

Overall I satisfied with my purchase. It looks nice on the wall, has really good lightning. The quality of speakers is not good, however little bit better that cellphone can play in the bathroom :) Only issue I had and spent a lot of time configuring is WiFi connection. I tried to connect a lot of times using the application which is mentioned in the video attached to the product page. I was getting error on my connection tries. I tried that a lot of times, spent a lot of time. Instruction was telling that I should move the mirror close to a wifi point to have better signal and it might be because of quality of the signal. Also I tried Scan AR mode, which is kinda manual mode for configuration. But had no luck. Until I started to search internet and youtube for solutions(I was about to return the mirror back to the seller). Then I figured out that one guy was using different Application on his phone to configure the same mirror. Application name is WiFiClock for Iphone. When I downloaded it, it connected my mirror immediately to the internet. Problem solved

The media could not be loaded. Thought this mirror looked cool. Having speakers and WiFi time and weather appealed to me…..BUT…. This device only will connect to 2.4GHz network… Who still has this? So needless to say these cool features that I purchased the mirror for are inoperable because it’s not able to connect to my house network. The Bluetooth speakers do work but still not happyUPDATE....I'm HAPPY. My mirror's Bluetooth spontaneously stopped working and no longer was username by my phone. After some communications with the company they sent me a new replacement mirror. The sound still could be better but the customer service I received was 5-starThanks you
