I love this product because it has less sugar and more vitamins and minerals than a typical dessert plus it's not very sweet which I love because it's not loaded with extra sugar and processed stuff in it because I'm on lots of medications and sugar tends to be my downfall and makes me gain wait even though my body rejects product foods high in sugar content but this gives me an advantage where I can have 2 pieces without having my body reject the extra sugar!! Fantastic!!
