Sunny Health & Fitness Power Zone Strength Rack Power Cage

I love this squat rack. I was a bit nervous about assembling it alone but when it arrived I realised that it wasn’t as bulky or heavy as I thought it would be. I also had to unpack it outside and carry the pieces into the house due to the length of the box and the way my hallway is designed. I managed this easily alone. I’m a 5ft5 female and I put the whole thing together and erected on my own quite easily. It’s very sturdy and I currently weigh 77kg and there is no rocking or anything when I’m doing pull ups. I can’t vouch for the j hooks as yet as I’m still trying to decide what type of plates I want to buy so haven’t tested them out. I also use it to practice Muay Thai kicks as I’ve attached pads to it and the rack doesn’t move even without holding any plates to weigh it down. Very pleased and great value for money.

Dopo due mesi di utilizzo posso dire che è un buon acquisto per home gym, consentendo svolgere i fondamentali con bilanciere e dischi a integrazione. Sufficientemente solido e stabile.

اول شي جايه معه مفكاته، والمسامير الي تربط فيه فيه بلاستيكه فيصعب ربطه لكن ان شاء الله انه ما راح يرتخي مع الوقت تركيبه سهل انا لحالي ركبته بدون مساعده، حجمه كبير بشكل جيد مريح الحركه فيه اذا شفته ما تقول انه رخيص جودته زينه صحيح انه مب ثقيل زي الغاليات لكن حط عليها اثقال عشان يثقل، ما يترنح او انه خفيف عني استخدم البار لتمرين العقله بدون ما احط عليه اثقال ولا يتحرك معي بالعكس ثابت ولا قد خفت انه يطيح او انه مب امن انصح بشرائه وبقوه خاصه اذا تتمرن لحالك لسلامه سبب الشراء سويت سكوات بالبار ونشبت الا لحظه وحقيقه تورطت شوي السلامه اولا

La verdad es que esperaba un producto de mediana calidad dado el precio, pero lo que recibí ha superado por mucho mis expectativas y estoy muy contento con mi compra.

Hyper bien super bien fini très bien concue allez y les yeux fermés et le prix est juste imponparable vu la qualité je suis très tres content de cet achat : )

I'll write a note in-depth review later with pictures. Everything is great. There are lots of options on Amazon, Walmart, etc for quality home gym racks... I decided to proceed with this one. I am comfortable buying sunny products. First... Installation and packaging was great. Very easy instructions and hardware was sorted. The gauge of the steel on this model is why I had this at the top of my list. Very sturdy unit. For those looking to add accessories... There are multiple places to add them. There are holes with proper spacing at each side and a couple at the back. This is important if you want to add the pulley system... You CAN still add other accessories. My advice is their pulley system is rediculous in pricing. The value isn't there like other options on Amazon. I would happily buy more sunny products though and will continue. I purchased the landmine attachment and bar holders already. Very versatile system. Will add to this review
