Delivery was fast and on time as scheduled
The Portacool Jetstream 250 is noisier than I expected BUT, it does put out a lot of air. I am using it in a retail warehouse space that gets incredibly hot. So far, our weather here in TX has been really humid, so I've not really had a chance to see what it will do in drier conditions. (swamp coolers don't work very well in high humidity) So I am curious as to just how well this will drop the temps in our warehouse this summer once humidity goes away.Great delivery service, easy to set up and operate!

The pump doesn't work
I recieved the very expensive fan and immediately noticed that whenever I would switch the pump for the water on, the power would go out. I wrote the seller and never got a response. Amazon instructions said I had to pay to return which would be very expensive, when all I wanted was either a repair or replacement pump. No word back, really unhappy. WARNING, DO NOT BUY!!!!!

I am using this product to cool off patio with outside seating @ a restaurant, seems to work very well. The one thing I do not like about the product is water spashes out on floor when fan running..
