My ortho dr recommended these to cushion my shoes so my knees wouldn't hurt so bad when I walk. I didn't realize how much they really work until I put on my new sneakers today & WOW what a difference! I just ordered a new pair to go in the new shoes. Highly recommend.

Comfortable fit
Even though is the thin insole, it has just enough cushion to mold my feet that fit into my Nick's Boots and White's Boots perfectly with 86% smart wool socks.

I've bought these insoles for years. You can cover many, many miles before wearing them out. Very good durability. Obviously these insoles are not shoes. They are shoe inserts for the purpose of padding, not arch support.

These are far too thin to provide comfort. There are many better options between this and a custom orthotic
