Cards arrived in a timely manner and was packaged in such a way to prevent damage during shipment.My wife has a fear of grooming the dogs nails with traditional Clippers. Does not feel comfortable always scared of cutting the nail bed. Now with these new nail grinders she no longer has that fear and is comfortable with working with the dog's nails. However the dogs are not comfortable with it yet and are very very resistant trying to pull their paws away mostly because of the sound and the grinding. I suspect in time they will grow accustomed to it but still it is something can just to consider especially if you have a dog that is very my stress are extremely easily frightened. Still no matter how you look at it from the safety point of the animal it is a fantastic idea and product.I would definitely recommend this product to someone else
