These supplements truly helps control nerve functions in the muscle tension of my legs. I’ve noted repeatedly because when I miss taking them after about three days my leg twitches uncontrollably. They are most effective. When taken daily or two this doesn’t happen!. No after taste and very easy to swallow.

I have been taking the Nature's Way B-Stress Formula for over three years. I combine it with Rhodiola to provide me with alertness, mental acuity and dispel any fatigue. The rhodiola provides a more relaxed feeling, so I vary it depending on need and environment. The cost of this supplement is extremely reasonable as it has replaced both my Jarrow B-Complex as well as NOW Eleuthero. I find this supplement to be completely indispensable and will not be without it.

Love this supplement. I’ve been taking it offa and on for years and notice a big difference in my energy level. It’s gotten really pricey though.

If I think I'm going to be facing a strenuous day I take a couple of these capsules, and they provide a gentle, long-lasting energy boost that feels easier on me than energy shots or drinks. I've noticed a welcome side effect; after I've taken B-stress, mosquitoes bother me a lot less! I remember reading somewhere that large doses of thiamine act as a sort of natural insect repellent, but had forgotten about it until recently.
