Read from other owners and care guides that this is the recommended UVB light for bearded dragons - especially over UVB coil bulbs (some argue they can cause blindness but most importantly, they don't create a wide, consistent area of UV light the same way this bulb does). If you're having issues with flickering etc, it may be an issue with the hood holding it, not the bulb. Never ran into issues like that or it not working out of the box. Mine is still going strong now, but in general, it's also recommended to replace UVB bulbs every 6-8 months even if they still technically work for a year.

Came sooner than expected, works as expected, at first it was kinda flickering but that was just my fault you have to make sure it’s seated right in the fixture or it’s going to flicker but solid 5 stars
