I bought this for my son who is an insurance adjuster. He has told me that he LOVES it!!

We have tried many different ladder clamps over the years and haven't found a better, more secure ladder clamp than the Lock Jaw Ladder Grip. There are other products out there that are cheaper, but they do not work as well. As a company who's whole suite of products and services involve being on a roof, safety is paramount and cutting costs on safety equipment is not something I'm willing to do. These grips possibly saved my best friend from great harm when he went to clean the gutters. There’d been a deluge of rain for several days. The ground seemed dry, but apparently not. The ladder slid on mud residue with him on it and went off center thus tearing a bit of gutter. If not for the grips, he would have taken a 14 foot fall. He very carefully climbed down the ladder. I am grateful he is not hurt. Then I yelled at him for going up there without me or anyone useful around!! 😊

The worst part of using these clamps, is going up the first trip to install them. It makes you realize how loose your ladders have been for years.Highly recommended, especially when using a ladder scaffold. My Dad is old school, you don't fix it if it isn't broken. Well, he's a believer after working on my secured ladder right after stepping off his 28ft ladder.

For this product I wish I could put 20 stars for the people in the comments wanting to give it 1 star due to it being plastic that's so silly. Yes it's plastic and metal but the plastic is heavy duty I was a roofer and I used these and my ladder never moved I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM

This product secures your ladder so you get a sense that someone at the bottom is holding it for you. The side to side motion is gone with no chance of falling backwards without ripping the entire gutter off the roof. Obviously you can’t use it if the gutter has guards. It also stops people from stealing my ladder or having the wind take it while I’m on the roof. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone.
