A good value magnesium & D3 supplement. I have had all the others, Nytol , Sominex , etc, etc.. they don't work. THIS DOES !! For me I was getting night cramps and a couple of days supplementation solved the problem and I now take them regularly. Magnesium is a strange element and everyone absorbs it at different rates. When taking magnesium it is usually a wise idea to take it with D3 at the same time (especially in less sunny days). Most of people don't realise that D3 is responsible for increasing intestinal absorption of calcium, magnesium, and phosphate, and many other biological effects This one is an ideal combination of both, so you save hassle of taking D3 separately.Also as a tip, one of the ways to take them is to open the capsules and mix the magnesium glycinate powder with a sports drink. The taste itself is not horrible, but it's not great (as is the case with most pharmaceutical and food supplement powders). If you use fruit in your smoothie, you should not feel the taste of the powder.100% recommended

High absorption plus D3 :)
I bought these tablets as Magnesium Glycinate is supposed to be the best of all magnesium for absorption in tablets. Both magnesium and D3 are really difficult to get on a daily basis, especially in low sun areas and also not the right foods. These are perfect and awesome value for money. Thank you
