Max speed @ .79GHz with supplied PSU
I ordered 3 of these. On paper, they are great. The first one I received had a 256GB SSD instead of the advertised 512. It also only had 8GB memory instead of the 16GB advertised. I contacted amazon support and they wanted me to contact the seller. I contacted the seller and they said "We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please reach out to Amazon customer support for a return/replacement as this was fulfilled by Amazon." According to Amazon "Sorry, this order is not eligible for a refund under the A-to-z Guarantee because you have not yet submitted a return request with the seller. Please request a return via the Online Returns Center and allow the seller two days to get back to you."I had already remotely deployed the unit in a customer's environment, installed AV, Office, & joined to their domain and setup user profiles, so I just gave up.The other two, came as advertised, but the 2nd unit I setup is so slow it took about 2 hours to get through the out of box experience. Once in windows, it was not possible to open an explorer window or browser. the cursor just spun for hours. I tried about 10 times after rebooting, etc. I gave up on that one as well ready to return it. (haven't tried starting that process again)I was able to setup the 3rd unit in place of the 2nd one okay, but later I noticed it wasn't as quick as it should be for a computer with a 6 core i5, 16GB of ram and SSD. Task manager showed it running at .79GHz. So I changed the performance profile to High Performance and rebooted. That changed nothing. I created my own custom high performance profile, selected that and rebooted. Again only .79GHz. I checked the advanced power settings and min and max CPU were set to 100%. I then reset the bios to factory defaults and low and behold on boot I got a message that the type of power supply could not be determined. When this happens to a DELL, it throttles the CPU at the slowest possible speed. The seller is providing a PSU that on paper would have more than enough power for this micro pc, but the barrel jack is too long so the center pin doesn't make contact. That is required for the system to determine the wattage of the PSU.THE SELLER INTENTIONALLY TURNED OFF THE POST ADAPTER WARNING about the PSU not being identified. I verified this to be the case on ALL 3 UNITS! Unfortunately, I don't have time to wait for returns and refunds, so I ordered myself 2 new PSU's that are advertised as being for this specific model. I will be returning the 2nd unit because despite the PSU .79GHz issue, there has got to be something else going on with the hardware as the other two units were still somewhat usable at .79GHz. If you don't believe me look at the images.Update 1/2/2022:After ordering 7 of these, I can say that I've received only 1 unit with the advertised Wireless KB & Mouse. Sadly only the mouse worked...

So Far So Good
I've only had the computer for 3 days and so far all is well. The order came well boxed and included the computer, keyboard and mouse. The computer is configured as advertised with the I5-8500T processor, 16Gig of RAM and the 512G SSD hard drive. Initially I opted to setup the computer with Windows 10 and all went well. Later, when installing the Windows 10 updates, there was also one update to install Windows 11. All updates installed without issues including the update to windows 11. Am I happy with the purchase? Very much so. Assuming the computer continues to function as it has out of the box the 4 star "Over All" rating would become a 5 star rating.

It turns out to be everything they advertised
It uses the internal built in Wi-Fi and not some cheap dongle wasting one of the USB ports. The NVMe SSD is quite quick and there is room to add a 2nd 2.5 inch SATA SDD drive. It came with Windows 10 Pro that I upgraded to Windows 11 for free since 10 will be obsolete in a year or so. I got 16 GB of RAM as that's plenty of memory for most users and tasks. Bluetooth is built in and works well for my use. I'd buy another if I had a need the CPU is quick enough for my uses and even some light cad work that I do. I've played retro games on it with no lag playing MAME, NES, SNES, N64 or Game Cube games. It should have included two antennas but only came with one. That is functional but should have been two.
