I don’t use it as a feeder. I’ve got weird cats, don’t ask. 🤭
Durable, and larger size is perfect for flat faced cats

Cute and keeps bowls from sliding/spinning around
Very easy to clean. It's cute and my cats are happy with the items. Only thing I wish is that these bowls came with a lid or the option to buy lids separately. There is an option to buy bowls with lids but those don't come with the slip mat. I bought bowls+lids as well but now I have 2 mats, 6 bowls, and only 4 lids. That's my only complaint.

Doesn't flip
One of our kitties love to flip the bowl over while he was eating. He'd paw and paw until all the food was all over the floor. This bowl is flip less. Perfect for those unruly "children". It's smaller than I thought but will still hold a solo cup of dry food.

Love the kitty feeder bowl
I absolutely love this bowl feeder. I purchased the double feeder first for water and dry food and then purchased the single feeder for wet food. I would definitely purchase this again. No more dried up food on the floor, and they look nice. Color is perfect! My kitty either loves them or the food that's in them :) A little pricey but for me, it was well worth it.

Love it, but must warn other owners of peculiar cats...
The media could not be loaded. This is a great feeder. I like the saucer shape better than the deeper bowls type, especially to serve water. It’s a good size and great quality. There is only one thing that I’m not sure if I like or not... One of my cats likes to splash the water from it. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s too shinny and se sees her reflexion on it, of if she wants to reach the “Messy Cats” logo printed on the bottom of it (how ironic is that?). Loving and annoying at the same time... But this is a peculiar cat who has others bizarre habits (don’t they all?). We have another one and he doesn’t do that at all. Anyways, I do love this saucer.

Solved the ant problem!
My cat is a messy eater, but the ant problem was worse. I don't want to risk her health by using chemicals to repel them, so I decided to try this dish. I pour water into the "moat" around the dish and no ants! What a relief! The "moat" part is too floppy and the water goes everywhere if I fill it at the sink and try to carry it to kitty's feeding area. I solved this by using a large dish to support the whole thing. I'm so happy to not have the ants that I don't mind the extra time to make it work. The other plus is that there is much less mess when my sweet kitty eats and she doesn't seem to mind the change to the new dish at all.

It takes up a tad more space to Han I anticipated
It’s a cute bowl with ring. The ring helps my cat to contain her feeding mess, but there are still a few little bits if her dry food that escape the perimeter of the red ring.

Helps Keep Ants Out -- sort of.
We have a terrible time with ants in the house, and they seem to love our cat's food. We tried various remedies such as moving the cat's dish here and there, but that never worked. I read in an Amazon review that the only thing that will keep ants away from cat food is to build a moat around it. We didn't build a moat, but we filled the silicon base with water. Ants still get in! Maybe they climb up the wall and jump? No idea. But it's a one-stop shop. They don't get back out. I might find an ant or two running around in the bowl, but that's a lot less than there used to be by far.As for being sturdy, we just put a used cutting-board underneath, so less water spills when we move the base. Problem solved.

So happy I tried this bowl
So happy I went with this $10 "mess free" bowl instead of the $30 ones I thought I was forced to choose. This bowl does the trick!! My cat would constantly knock the ceramic water dish over, move it across the floor and water would be everywhere, every single day. Though this bowl does not "suction" to the floor, it has a perfect lip around the edge that stops water from touching the floor even when my cat drinks like she was brought up with pigs. I wipe the outside "catcher" part daily with a towel because she still drinks like a slob, but i no longer have to cleanup water on the floor which, was the point. Very pleased with this!! Only drawback is, the bowl is very shallow, I have to fill the water once a day, but its worth the extra effort, and then the cats get fresh water more often. Super happy with it!

Cat didn't like it, nor did I
This item was way overpriced for what it consists of : a very shallow wide bowl (agreed, no whisper burn) on a wobbly base. Our cat never drank out of it and it was too easy to spill the water while freshening it. Perhaps the stainless steel is too shiny; cats are supposed to be repelled by tin foil, so why not be repelled by this. his. I ended up giving it to a garage sale. Alas, a big waste of way too much money!

Not a sturdy water bowl! Money not well spent on a Cat product!
Just got this today and I’m not happy...I thought this would prevent my 2 Cats from having water spilled all over the floor! What a waste of money! This did not work at all as as soon as one of them went downstairs to drink the water they actually try to move the bowl with their head and you can guess what happened after that! Water spilt everywhere. The bowl stayed intact but she still managed to get water all over the floor. If I would of known this I would not of wasted my money on it! I’m not impressed at all!

Saves a lot of mess
I love this bowl! My cat is a lucky eater and usually with his kibble he tries to bury it, usually dumping his food all over the floor. This has stopped all messes! I only wish the actual bowl was a little bit smaller. My cat is very small, and at 5am when he is screaming for breakfast it's a little hard to judge portion control with such a big bowl.

Just what I needed
There isn’t much to say about this other than it serves the purpose! I have a double one for wet/dry food (we have a bengal kitten so she eats a lot!) and a single one for water. Any mess gets caught by the silicone base which is what I liked about this. The bowls are stainless steel and nice and low, perfect for cats. Expensive perhaps for a dish but this is all I need - I just wash and refill so as a one off I think it’s worth it. Looks stylish too.
