I purchased 3 car sales books from this author. Car salesman have a bad reputation, but after reading his books, you'll change your mind about car salesman. Basically, a good car salesman really does care.

Another must read for any manager in the car biz. Max gives easy to follow rules that are practical and will help your bottom line. After all my years in the car business Max still taught me a few great practices that will increase my bottom line.
