Getting a high quality high dose vitamin D3 with K2 added isn't easy. I've taken a high dose of D3 for over a year now (do some research on the benefits of a high dose of D3) as I have low levels of vitamin D and I suffer with osteoarthritis in my hips (I'm due to have a hip replacement) so it's very important that I get my levels up and keep them up. I also feel a lot better since being on this regime. Once you read up about the benefits you will also learn the importance of it being D3 with added K2.I've never had an issue with taking high dose of this vitamin but make sure you research the pros and cons before taking yourself. I actually take 8000iu a day (1 in the morning the other at night before bed).

Good product, the right amount and well priced. The addition of K2 is very important to ensure that the calcium goes to the "right places"

Due to the time of year and lack of sunlight, my dentist suggested a high dose to enable the bone to grow back around the new implants when fitted. These are perfect, tasteless and easy to swallow.I'm going to be taking a home blood test soon which will give me a whole range of results. I will update the review with my Vitamin D result when I have it.

Good value and not too many fillers, high strength. I take 2 a day with food and is reassuring to take as I don't get enough sun

Very good price for a lot of tablets. I suppose they are doing me good but don't know unless you are tested but I'll still keep taking them

Generally felt uplifted since taking these.Surprising taste alright without liquid (like surgar paper you ate as a kid) and they are small enough to just swallow for me.
