A great pack if you are just getting into bonsai like myself. It's got everything you need for the smallest to largest bonsai. Packaged well and got here (Australia) a lot quicker than expected. 5 stars!

Excellent if you have a hobby for Bonsai

I've been doing bonsai for 20+ years, and I teach bonsai.This kit contains a lot of stuff, most of which is useless for bonsai.1. The skinny scissors are so poorly machined that they jam when you try to use them. They have metal burs on the handle portion that could cut your hand.2. The bypass pruner handle is all plastic, and the spring falls out, even so, it's better than the all-metal scissors in this kit. Buy a Felco, you won't regret it. (although they are not generally used for bonsai either.)3. Nobody who does bonsai seriously uses miniature shovels, rakes etc. These items are possible to use for potting plants in general, but bonsai is a more complicated potting process. And in this kit, the metal heads of these tools easily slips off the plastic handles making them harder to use.4. The kit contains wire that appears to be anodized aluminum, but it's actually plastic coated aluminum, so it's not as strong for the same size wire.5. The kit does not contain wire cutters or pliers to use with the wire. These are two essential bonsai tools.6. The holder design is poor, as the velcro just takes too long to use and has no handles/loops. Small-toothed zippers in a dirty environment don't last long either. And this zipper goes all around three sides, so I'd guess it'll last a week of regular use.7. The two mini "Edward scissorhands" things are useless and actually dangerous to use if they slip out of alignment you could cut yourself.
