Fabulous hydrating flavored water
I love Bai water and this is particularly good. I have one bottle a day normally before I go to bed dehydrate my body but sometimes I like to mix it with a little vodka and it’s even better. Very low sugar very low calorie count and if it’s below two dollars per bottle I think it’s a great price. It taste delicious like nothing you ever tasted before. It does not give me any stomach issues. I have been drinking this brand in different flavors for about six years. It’s the best.

Good taste, BAD ingredients
I love Bai waters & was super happy about this one as it has 110mg of caffeine. The taste is great, which is why I gave it 1 star. However, this version contains Erythritol which is incredibly disappointing as the other Bai waters do not. And not a small amount either, 10mg of Erythritol!!! I avoid energy drinks that contain Erythritol & they typically only contain 2mg. A little information about Erythritol : New cellular research adds supporting evidence that the amount of erythritol in just 1 serving of a beverage could harm brain and blood vessel health. The findings of a new study uncover how this common sweetener acts at the cellular level, potentially contributing to a person's stroke risk. I will not be purchasing this again! Unnecessary bad ingredients are super not cool. Please do your own research from reputable sources & decide for yourself if this "water" is worth the health risk.

Good drink just to expensive
Taste great and helped me keep going through the day until they jacked the price 50 percent. Finally had found something to drink other than pop and they had to ruin it.
