It arrived earlier than expected and in perfect condition my husband is very pleased with it and we have had absolutely no problems with it and trust me between him and the kids it gets it’s fair share of use lol. Would definitely recommend!!

The package took a little longer then expected however; I do know what supply chain means. The packaging was acceptable because it was a PS-4 I would think a little more bubble wrap would of helped because postman are known to throw boxes around. Overall, the PS-4 worked and was reset to factory specs so I just had to update a few things. One thing that I noticed was the packing smelled like someone was smoking cigarettes around the item while packing. Other then that all good.

I was skeptical buying an used ps4 but prices for a new one are insane. I don’t regret at all buying this one. I got a WEEK before the scheduled delivery date. Includes cables, control and I even got a game. I love it! Thank you!

My son really was excited to receive his playstation 4 this one replaced his original one that he had for over15 years . He likes to play his games on line and it works perfect could not be happier!!! thank you very much over all satisfied customer

I got this for my oldest and he can’t even play discs on it. It won’t read them at all and says there is an error. Needless to say, it also didn’t last very long.

It is awsome a little scratched up but the controller is basically new and it runs great and I’m happy with the purchase

The product given is functional and (mostly) clean as needed. However, the packaging was simply a large box with the Console and a Controller inside of it, both free to slide around and break with no protection or bubble wrap whatsoever. The controller has extreme drift, and the fan motor is a bit loud upon turning on the console (out of place from shipment I believe). While both of these I am able to fix on my own for free, there are other customers that should be aware of how their console will be shipped, bringing no guarantee that a previously functional console will be delivered undamaged due to the lack of protection it had.

La entrega fué al siguiente día eso fue lo mejor, los detalles que vi fue que la caja venia abierta y la consola es una versión de Asia. Su funcionamiento va muy bien, y solo espero que sea nuevo como lo señala el vendedor.

Suona il citofono è il corriere con la play. Come un ragazzetto scendo, la recupero, e torno subito su per collegarla e giocare. Immediatamente noto un rumore fastidioso, pesante, della ventola dissipatrice di calore. Continuo a giocare ma, sembrava un Boeing, in partenza. Contatto il venditore che subito si è preso a cuore la situazione chiedendomi scusa rispetto al fatto che con tutta probabilità non è stato fatto un check su quella che mi è stata inoltrata. Ci sentiamo per telefono e ci accordiamo per la spedizione di un nuovo pezzo (ho fatto cambiare anche il controller che era difettoso). Nel giro di qualche giorno, avevo la mia nuova PS4 usata funzionante e silenziosa con il controller ad hoc. Un venditore di rara qualità che va premiato per il customer care mostrato.
