We need to carry epinephrine for my daughter and we have the brand with the voice enabled instructions. This fits two of those and even has room for oral allergy medicine. We gave this to her daycare along with the emergency card filled out. The director said this was the best carrying case she has seen at the daycare.

It's a nice little case. I use it to carry my EpiPens, phone, license, cash, and credit cards. The strap held on with a carabiner is a bit ill-fitting/doesn't like to hang straight, but it can be wrestled into submission. The zipper is sturdy and slides easily. It's well made, sturdy and convenient.

I use this everyday. It goes with me everywhere. It’s been a great way to keep all my med needs on me. The bottom is fraying a bit which is concerning. That’s my only complaint.
