Q: Would this fit in a standard sized bicycle bottle cage?

Possibly but it's pretty floppy when expanded. I just added a strap to mine so it's easy to carry around. I love this thing

I don't know the answer to this question but I do know that I was not satisfied with the item. It leaked and you could not draw up the liquid.

The drinking spout is hard plastic. The bottle is rubbery. Mine doesn't leak at all

Q: Is this dishwasher safe?

I don’t believe so as it began to leak in the creases where it collapses after a few weeks.
