Better than Evening Primrose oil
I don't eat fish so need Omega oils and the high level of GLA helps my knees. This is a good balance of price and the quantity of the ingredients i.e. 1000 mg. Starflower oil is also known as Borage or Linseed. Not my first purchase of this product and I will continue to buy it.

Part of my menopause tool kit
These are easy to take only one a day. Swallow with water, can be taken with or without food. I did stop taking them for a few weeks and noticed my fingers became achy again which went away after starting up again. Great part of my menopause tool kit
