I love the PABA. I started out taking 3 per day as prescribed by my doctor. Now I am down to one a day. It helps to keep the knots from growning in my hands. Giving me full use of them. I see so many older people with these big knots in their hands and feet and wonder how they can use their hands or walk properly. I am thankful to have rid myself of them. I will keep taking the one a day to keep the knots at bay.

My wife is diabetic and that has created issues with her ability to efficiently digest her food. AS a result she is protein deficient and has trouble with her hair falling out. Her doctor recommended PABA. PABA is an acronym for an amino acid necessary to grow hair. After taking this product for a week she was no longer losing her hair and it stopped being dry and frizzy as an extra benefit. PABA works to restore hair if you have a problem with absorbing protein and it works quickly and well.

I started using this product about 2 years ago when I was 47 to prevent developing any more grey hair. I do have some flecks of silver but much less than my friends and acquaintances. I'm often asked if I dye my hair and of course I point out the gray hairs that are present but not very noticeable. I like this product because I only have to take 1 pill for the recommended dose whereas other brands, I'd have to take 2 - 3 pills for the same dose.

So I noticed I started getting a few grey hairs, it was recommended to me to try this type of vitamin. It has already helped so far with them going away. I would recommend!!
