Rubbish
Avoid this product. Once turned on, the machine emits an unbearable siren noise with no option to turn it off. I had to pay for return shipping myself, and even though I requested a refund, I had to go through Amazon to get it since the seller didn't respond. Very disappointing experience.

The media could not be loaded. Loving it so far. Very steamy. Same one used at my local beauty parlour. The nozzle can turn 360 degrees in direction but just not up and down. . It's a lie down type of one hence used at salons. If you put it higher up and sit down with your face lower down. Feels great on face. Loving the power.
