The product is decent for the price. Very simple to put together and of a nice powder-coat textured finish. Do like the fact that the tray comes with a soft elastic bungee to secure the projector to however, not sure how much I'd trust it to hold it in place over time - but seems to work well. Another benefit is that the tray comes with a thin sheet of foam which reduces any fan or speaker vibrations down to a minimum - great stuff. The only negative is that the tray has a significant wobble to it when touched (definitely the tray, not my tripod) so any adjustments to the straightness of the tray must be done very gently prior to streaming to the projector. If it were supported more along the underside of the tray up to the screw boss, it would be 5 stars.

I bought this to mount a 13 inch Apple laptop on for cycle training … to use with a turbo smart trainer. The laptop fits perfectly … no additional space for a larger laptop but fine for this. There is a small up-stand to give extra protection to laptop slipping off plus an elastic strip and a light foam base. The top is well made and I was able to fit it on to a tripod I owned. It’s very good and recommended.

Good projector/laptop tray holder. Takes my projector and supports it without any problems. I fitted it to a camera stand (after taking swivel head attachment off to expose 1/4 inch stud) and the projector stand now stands just below head height so out of the way and projects video etc. onto a white wall. Good quality and very happy with the item.

I have this on a heavy duty tripod with my iPad on it (for Zwifting). It’s OK but needs care when tapping screen as it’s a bit wobbly due to metal being on the thin side. That said, it’s an inexpensive solution to a potentially very expensive problem.

I have a problem with the ‘adapter’ missing to get the tray to fit standard photographic tripods in the uk. Rendering it useless. Amazon claim it was from poly suma, they say they know nothing about it! The package is marked ‘NEEWER’. Still trying to get a solution.
