The product is good, but the customer service is amazing. I had an issue with the monitor losing connection and they have gone above and beyond to help me and all for free. It's the best customer service I have ever experienced I have been blown away by them. So used to getting the run around from companies.NOT Amazon customer service, I have been talking directly to them.As far as the product it is good and I love that it is non wifi and low EMFs. Clear picture and set up is easy peasy.

Worked for a few months, but eventually it got worse and worse, sometimes cutting out sound or video, then never having sound, now it doesn’t work at all and we’ve had it for two years and a couple days

We were looking for a low EMF baby monitor which had good picture and night vision. It has all of this plus more with temperature display and split screen camera monitoring option also. Its an exceptional product and exceeded our expectations for the price.Battery life is ok but it does seem that the battery life is deteriorating quite quickly after 6 months of use as per some other comments.No charging issues so far for us.

This is the second monitor (same one) that gave out on me. It slowly stopped charging and had to be angled the right way, and now the screen just stopped working. Last time I purchased the same one again out of convenience that I still had the cameras up, and literally had to purchase a monitor and camera combo because they didn't sell only a monitor. I didn't need another camera. Guess I need to look at different monitor and cameras altogether now.

I love everything about this monitor besides the fact that the charging piece on the monitor is very touchy. You have to make sure your charger is placed in the screen just perfect or else it won’t turn on or work. Also, I only had the monitor for a month and it no longer allowed me to be mobile with the screen. It only worked when it was plugged in. I tried contacting customer service but I never received a reply. I run a daycare, so the fact that I am only allowed to stay in one room when the monitor is on, is very unfortunate. The screen quality and sound quality is fantastic, but the whole charging ordeal is terrible.

We loved this baby monitor for 4 months until it stopped working. One day it showed a low battery (it had recently been charged) so we plugged it in for plenty of time but it never showed it was charging and the screen would restart when we powered it on but the would shut off immediately. We switched out the charger cord but no luck. Not sure if it is an error on our one product or if anyone else also has this problem. **UPDATE** I got in touch with a moonybaby representative and they were fantastic to work with. They sent a new monitor with expedited shipping and so far it is working great. The company has a great representative team and I am very happy with my experience.

We have had this monitor for 1 year, and loved it at first. We bought it because it has low EMF’s and doesn’t connect to WIFI.Sadly, the monitor will not hold a charge any longer. I can charge it all night, and the second I unplug it in the morning, it dies. The only way it is usable is if it is plugged it.If you want a monitor that last more than a year, I suggest again this monitor.There is also no company information online, which makes any customer service communication impossible.

Does everything I need it to. Just wish the camera cord was a little longer.
