They really work!
I had to write a review because these patches work. I’m in my perimenopause stage of life and it’s been rough sleeping. I put this patch at night and for the first time in a long time I woke up with no pain. I cannot believe it I also had a long dream I actually remember. I am going to keep using them at night.

Noticeable energy
My husband noticed right away that he had more energy. He likes these patches. They don't irritate the skin either.

"Apply 30 minutes PRIOR TO BEDTIME". WHY?
I don't have sufficient experience to offer a valid review yet. However, after reading the review by Debbie Reynolds advising to NOT use at night and mentioning a flush (related to B3/niacin, I assume), and having called the company to ask why the package states to be applied 30 minutes PRIOR TO BEDTIME and wear max of 8 hours, I have more questions! (The company has not returned my call yet) I've never experienced a flush from these NAD+ patches like I do with niacin products (it's very noticeable when it happens). Debbie's mention of possibly being dehydrated is greatly appreciated as it's a good possibility as I live in the desert. Thanks, Debbie! I will be contacting the company again for clarification about using before bedtime. I have not had issues with dry patches or not sticking. I also use the B12, Vitamin C, and one other. It would be helpful if the company put a simple identification on each clear sheet to avoid getting them mixed up if more than one is out of the packet. If I forget to take the separate B12+ off a few hours before bedtime, I believe it keeps me awake, presumably due to B12 being activating. Just a theory! Pic attached.

Worth it
Stickiness has been no issue for me. I wear them at night and have been feeling refreshed when I wake up. I used to wake up tired and with a headache. I also have more energy during the day and the joint pain is gone. Also I’m actually dreaming again a sign of quality REM sleep. Idk nor care if it’s just a placebo effect, for $18 a month it’s worth it.

Really intense
If I wear these, I wake up after only 6 hours sleep and crash out early. Not for beginners. If you're new to nad+, I suggest a gummy. Do not use these at all without consulting your doctor, there can be irritating side effects including insomnia you probably don't want to deal with.

Amazing Energy
Don't listen to the negative reviews. First off, you need to be hydrated before you put it on. This will stop the flushing and tingling to the face. You have to have clean dry skin before you put it on. It will stay on. I started out putting tape over it , you really don't need to. I put in on at my upper arm, the deltoid area. No problem. I'm 63 I have always had no energy because of depression. This product is life changing for me. I can now get out of bed with focus and unlimited energy. Do not wear it at night. I will be a life long user of this product. Do some research on it if you are under 35.

Looked for an insert or some info on the patches and suggested patch placement and why etc as first time patch wearer. Haven’t experienced any negative effects from beginning to end. Convenient
