After my Father recommended Ashwagandha for stress and anxiety I started researching it and realized it could possibly help a lot for myself as well as my husband and daughter. I started researching on Amazon for a good product and ended up settling on this one after reading all the reviews. All 3 of us have been taking it for a few weeks now and so far none of us have had any adverse reactions to it. The gummie is easy to take, the taste for me is neutral. It taste just like a fruit snack with just a hint of an earthy herbal taste, exactly what I would expect it to taste like. I’m not exactly sure yet of how well it helps for anxiety and stress since we’ve only been taking it for a few weeks but I have to say that things do seem a lot less stressful in the household so we are going to continue to keep taking it and hope that it really does help all of us for the long term.

I just found out that this herb can cause a false positive for benzo's. As someone with a job that requires regular drugs tests i am now stressed out. I wish i would have known about this. Be careful if you have drug testing at your job.

All in all is hard to explain it helps me to get a better sleep not that I have issues getting to it but the quality is way better and I feel more active during the day and less moody it definitely helped my energy levels but one thing for sure you should know are the crazy cristal clear dreams almost vivid like you are in control sometimes I took 3 bottles in 5 months and I am taking a break right now to see what happens I would recommend it I didn’t have a any side effects and I normally take two gummy’s right before bed time every day only t problem I think they are way too sweet but I don’t know if the vitamin c and d are really doing anything but I never got COVID 19 and I work with people all day and I am not vaccinated.
