Good Product, also recommended by my Doctor.However, please note when buying this product these are VEGETARIAN capsules, with a daily recommended dose of 9 pills. I thought I was buying a higher quantity (270 capsules) of the normal capsules, but in fact these vegetarian capsules are equal to the same 30 day supply in the non-vegetarian 180 capsule bottle, with a daily recommend dose of 6 pills.

These are the best vitamins on the market. There is no metallic aftertaste.

My new bottle of Basic Preventive 5 is in capsule form instead of tablet form. It doesn't really matter to me. We take Basic Preventive to stay well and at 72 years of age my husband and I are disease free. No meds.
