I don't know who's fault it is but the product I received was defected and in a bad condition

I absolutely love the aroma of this musk lotion.. it stays with me for a long time. The lotion makes my skin so soft

Damage container all dented

The product is great but I bought this as a gift and the seller does not take any precautions when shipping it. It shipped in an envelope, no padding, no wrapping. The jar was completely smashed.

So I just got home, feeling excited to open the box. As I did that, my excitement turned into disappointment and anger. I paid a lot of money just to receive a used product?!You can clearly see that there is half of the cream missing and that someone’s fingers were scraping the cream from the sides of the inside. I know how this cream is supposed to look when you open it and how much of it you get because I would buy this back in Europe a lot. The lid was not even closed properly. I am not putting this on my body and request my money back!
