Hard to find an amino drink with Hica. I consume as an intraworkout drink. Tastes great and keeps me going through long workouts

I’ve always been a grape fan. This new iced raspberry is more balanced. Tastes natural, sweetened with stevia. Would recommend to anyone, even if you don’t lift but have a physical life style. Great for first thing in the morning holds over till breakfast or longer if fasting.
