Despite stumbling upon a few negative reviews post-order, I decided to give it a chance, given my positive experiences with other Sansui weighing machines.After using the product, I am delighted to share that it has proven to be an excellent addition to my kitchen. It's the best food scale I've had, by far. It's very easy to use. It is large enough to be able to read the display while a plate or bowl is on top, but on the other hand it is very portable and slim.

Product really stops working after 2 months and even changing the battery does not help. No authorized service centers and the service centers handle only TVs, washing machines and refrigerators and not kitchen weighing scale. The local service centers might be able to fix the product with additional cost and thus voiding the warranty from the seller. This is the issue, I have faced. Please think once again before you buy this product.

Hello all,After going through a lot of food weighing products and reading hundreds of reviews, I finally bought this weighing scale. And, it is perfect.It is small, consistent and easy to use.It also comes with a weighing bowl too.Its been a couple of weeks and I am happy with its working.You can buy this one, because it is as genuine as my review.Please note: once u get it, remove the battery and reinsert it. It has a thin plastic that needs to be removed or else it doesn’t start.

The product build quality is good. Itvvery sleek and compact and accurate.

Loved the look of the product and how easy it was to weigh heavier materials. But Had to change 4 batteries every 5 days. So not really workable
