Lasts longer than manual predicts.
We have the Frizzlife RO system that is tankless and re-mineralization. These last about 1 year instead of the suggested 6 months. My sister-in-law has the same system and remarked on how long the filters last. We both change our filters when the built-in indicators warn of replacements needed. Love our RO systems and the taste the re-mineralization produces.Installation only takes about 2 minutes. Couldn't be easier.

Super easy to replace
I was a little doubtful about having to change the cartridges on my Frizzlife filter but this couldn’t have been easier. It literally involves, twist out the old and twist in the new. Very easy. Filters began working immediately and water tastes great again!

Great product
I have used several kitchen water filter systems over the past 15 years. I like this one the best. The customer service is exceptional, However there is no phone number to call for help. All communications are done through email but their response is usually the same day so that is good.

Good product. Bad instructions. Here are instructions to replace filters and reset red light to blue
The media could not be loaded. Great product, but they need to make easier to find instructions on how to replace the filter, reset the filer life indicator lights from red back to blue, and then empty the remaining water out of the old filter. The filter and machine have 'scan for replacement guide' QR codes, but these only lead to the manufacturer's general website ...where it is annoyingly difficult (maybe impossible) to locate the manual or instructions for how to change these filters. So here is the answer on how to do this.A) Twist the expired filter counter clockwise to release the old filter(***Note: it takes a decent bit of force as this action releases the filter and simultaneously twists the water in-put / out-put cut-off valve in the center of the other side of the filter cartridge into a closed/off position--so water doesn't pour out of the filter onto the floor.)B) Pull the old filter out to remove it from the machineC)Insert the new filter into the machine and twist it clockwise until in locks in place.D) After changing the filter, you will also have to reset the filter life on the machine. Here are those instructions:1. Long press the "Reset" button for 3 seconds, the buzzer will beep and you can start to select the filter you want to change.(Note: reset button is located on the bottom left of the front the machine below the blue/red filter life indicator LEDs)2. Press the "Reset" button to change between the filters and the selected filter lifetime indicator will flash.3. After selecting the filter, long-press the "Reset" button for 3 seconds. You will hear a beep. The selected filter's indicator will return to blue light, which means the filter is successfully reset.(Note: If you do not operate within 10 seconds, it will automatically exit this mode and resume the normal display.)E) After resetting the filter life indicator light back to blue, press the 'flush' button (located to the right of the reset button) to flush the system.F) To release the (3/4 cup?) of water trapped in the old filter (see video)1. Place the old filter cartridge facing down.2. Use a flat head screw driver (or similar flat lever bar) placed horizontally between the black 'o' rings on the nipples of the water in-put / out-put ports to rotate the cut-off valve plate clockwise (back into the open position)3. Rotate the in-put / out-put end of the filter down over a sink and shake or blow trapped water out with compressed air.

Packaging
I purchased the 1st and 3rd stage replacement filters for my unit. The 3rd stage came with a shrink wrapped. The first stage filter did not.I tried contacting their customer service through their website and asked if this was a normal shipping practice. I never heard back.If my next replacement comes the same way it will be returned as I am l concerned about contamination. The one star rating is for Frizzlife customer service response to my enquiry. Not the filter itself.
