Can this pillow be washed in the washing machine? Otherwise how can it be cleaned and the chemical smell be removed?

I didn't get much of chemical smell...Just wash the provided cover and put a pillow case over pillow or 2x king cases and wash those.... make sure yu get a firm pillow with all the "oats" and it's worth every dime to this critic...bought 3 for my queen bed and 1 for gift....good luk

does the cooling effect work?

It doesn't feel cool to the touch but you do NOT feel hot and sticky when you use it like alot of memory foam products

Does this body pillow hold it shape or does it flatten out after time? I have 4 others that are not memory foam but don’t want to invest in another.

Memory foam is not that in my memory

I guess it’s still a fine pillow for the price, but it’s not even close from memory foam. It’s more like a latex pillow, which is not bad, but definitely not what I was looking for.Some review talks about the smell, and I must admit that it smell like marker. I hope that smell will vanish with time, because there’s no way I sleep with my nose close to that.I Would have return it, if it had been more expensive. But it will be ok in the guest bedroom.

Fluffed up very quick

Great pillow. Nice and firm. Was very flat but didn’t take long to fluff up. Great sleep.Only down side is there’s a card to register for longer warranty and free gift. I can’t do either. One I live in Canada and two the date for when purchased hasn’t been updated to include 2022

Comfortable

The pillow is comfortable; however I do wish it was more firm.I love the fact it is cool, so on these warmer summer nights I am not melting.I purchased this pillow to help hold my shoulder/arm up when I lay on my side. It however is not firm enough, but it is comfortable.

Best one yet

Had to go through a few body pillows before getting this one. I found that most pillows that have a synthetic fibre filling, even if they call themselves "extra stuffed" or some such terminology, tend to go flat pretty fast and lack density. This pillow is great because it is dense, almost weighted in its feeling, and retains it fullness feeling. Note: even after unpacking it and letting it sit for a while, it didn't fully expand for a few days. It probably took about 2 weeks for it to fully poof out and loosen up.

Give it 5 hours to Fluff up

Out of the box, I was shocked how flat this pillow is. I planned to return it. 5 hours later it fluffed up. I’m happy with this pillow, the length thickness and surprising weight is all good
