Q: Does this fit the square d homeline breaker panel?

This breaker model "QO" does NOT fit in the Square D Homeline breaker panel. You can find the same 2-pole, 240 volt, 20 amp, GFI breaker with model number beginning with "HOM" to fit the Homline breaker panel.

Q: The gfci has failed after 1 year, how to i get a replacement?

Goto square d and follow the warranty directions.

Hello, you will find 3 terminal screws on the beaker. The 2 screw terminals next to each other and nearest to the front edge of the breaker is for the 2 Black (hot) wires. The screw terminal nearest the white wire on the breaker is for your White (common or neutral) wire for the circuit you are protecting. The white wire from the breaker terminates on the neutral bar. Your ground wire terminates on the ground bar of course. I hope this helps!
