Used for years. Pleased with product.

I tried to use this product, but I could not get the pump to work. After trying and trying and turning it and twisting it, I decided to unscrew the cap and just pour the product in my hand and forget about the defective pump. Well...guess what! It wasn't the pump at all. The reason no product was coming out, was because THERE WAS NO PRODUCT in the container!!! This is the third time I have encountered this problem with a Serious Skin care product. If you ask me, Serious Skin care products are overpriced to begin with, but to pay $34.00 for an empty container is ridiculous. And as luck would have it, it's too late to return it. Buyer beware when buying from this company. They just lost one customer.

I was curious to try this product, just to see what it can, will and does do. I have been using this lotion for a month and really do like it! It doesn’t get rid of my wrinkles but it surprised me at how it lessened their appearance, even those around my mouth! So, I consider it money well-spent. And I will continue to use this Serious Skincare product.

I've been using this product since I saw it on a shopping network in eary 2000's. (At that time you also received a purse with the product collection. ) I love it and my skin is tight and I have very few lines.
