Cooked meat evenly. Easy to lift out of the oven. Easy to clean.

The pan is a bit short in height compared to my former pan. This doesn't affect the cooking, just when storing with the lid upside down in the pan, you have to keep the paper around it as how it was packed. This keeps the lid from rocking inside the pan. I used it for meatloaf and it was easy to clean and the meat was delicious.

I was SO disappointed. Trying to cook without the use of foil this year. Ordered this roasting pan as it was listed as XLarge for up to 20 pounds. I have a 14 pound turkey, just put it in there, but this pan is not DEEP enough... ugh... I didnt think I would have to check on the depth if it was up to a 20 pound roaster....Now its too late to order another one to have on time.

The lid is way too short/shallow. Could not use it because the lid wouldn't cover the small turkey

This is a gift. I have one like it and have used it for years. I like mine and it is great for making cabbage rolls, roast beef or Turkey or chicken.
