Q: would this work for a 2010 wrangler?

Yes it works because that’s what year mine is

Q: Will this work to replace an automatic shift knob (Wrangler JK 2014) ?

This one is specific to the manual transmission. I believe dv8 has another product for the auto trans.

Q: Will this work on a 2008 Jk?

The older JKs seem to use a different knob with a longer base. For example, search for B082FMWLSC on Amazon. That one is a metallic finish; I don't know if DV8 also makes a black one.
