This is a great book with lots of fairly simple soups. Nothing too crazy on ingredients list or process. I'm newer to soups and I found it all east to follow. Recipes are delish. I've already made a couple broths and a soup to the T as book describes. All turned out impressively delicious. There's photos in the book, but not for ever soup/recipe. I bought 3-4 other healthy soup cook books and this was and still is my fave!

Just got the soup book. I was a bit disappointed that not all soups had pictures (~50 %). There were a lot of stews and chucky soups where I was hoping to see more soups that my kids might enjoy. The first soup I wanted to make was the broccoli and cheder as pictured here but there were some mistakes, ingredients called for vegetable stock but the description says chicken stock. Therefore I expect other errors throughout the book. The index is useful at the back as it is also listed by ingredient. Seems like a book with potential...

So many more soups than I could have dreamed of! Great value
