This supplement can help but it's not going to cure you if you have advanced adrenal fatigue. Rest - mental & physical, learning how to feel safe, very clean diet and dealing with emotions is all critical to healing but this supplement can help along the way.

I picked this up thinking it would help with energy since I work nights. It certainly delivers. The energy you get from this isn’t like caffeine, I found it to be more like genuine adrenaline. It’s hard to explain. My only gripe would be once you take it every day for a week the effects become more subtle. It’s also a bit too pricey for continue taking it, but it definitely feels higher quality so you get what you pay for. I didn’t have any side effects.
