I bought this ball to use for my Physical Therapy exercises for my knee. It works great and just the right size.

When I went to PT I used this same ball in my routines. They gave me the Amazon link and I purchased one for home. This easily blows up with your mouth and you control how much give you want. I recommend this!

Easy to blow up, the quality and thickness was excellent.

Check the size before buying. I thought it was the normal size for a birth ball. Was disappointed to find that it was only 11 inches.

I originally bought this for my baby and she loves it! It has a unique texture and is lightweight so it's a wonderful toy. I also use it for inner thigh workouts and it is pretty affective. The only bad thing is it is difficult to blow up. I used an air mattress pump which is much easier than the straw they provide, however you have to hold the stopper right by the hole so you can plug it quickly since there is nothing slowing the airflow. If you want to regularly deflate it then this one may not be for you but as long as you keep it inflated this will be suitable

This small ball is the same one I use at physical therapy. I purchased this one for home use. It works great - sturdy, easy to inflate, easy to use. The only improvement I would suggest is it would be great if they included a paper tape measure in the box (like a cheap version of what tailors use) in order to ensure the ball as inflated to exactly the right size. Other exercise balls I've purchased came with one of these, and it was the best way to ensure the ball wasn't over or under inflated.

I got this as I believed it was similar to the mini ball used in my Pilates class. Not difficult to inflate, but hard to do without losing air. It does work to add more resistance to general Pilates exercises.

this product is wonderful :)) I have a lot of physical therapy to do for shoulder and neck injuries - this is wonderfully easy to use. I take it to the park to do some of my PT and it takes 2 breaths to blow it up, the pin stays securely in place so what ever firmness or give you need you can get - it's a thick and some what matt feel so you can grip it easily or like I've had to use it, to do push ups off of, holding it at shoulder level against a wall . Great product !!!

Si la quieres para yoga o pilates y buscas algo menor a un diámetro de 20cm está no es tu opción, es realmente ENORME más de 27cm de diámetro. Imposible para hacer rutinas de pilates con ella.
