Stays Flexible, Last Longer than OEM Brand
I bought this in November 2020. I have been buying BBQ covers for a long time now. I have a "W" brand BBQ. The same brand cover lasted 1 winter and one summer. After that, it became very stiff and started coming apart. I replaced it with a generic brand, that also only lasted about 1.5 years. It was Nylon Cordura type with a vinyl lining. It too became stiff, and torn after 2 summers and 1 winter. Similar story for 3 other covers. They fade, become brittle and tear. This one has gone through 3 winters and 2 summers. It is still flexible. It has not torn. The only thing faded is the King Kong Emblem. Even if it failed now (Which I don't think will happen) it was a bargain. less than 1/2 the price of the name brand one made by my BBQ mfg, and already 3 times the life. If and when this one rips, I will buy the same one again. Also, this is a nice tight fit to my BBQ, and has never blown off it, even when I forgot to tighten the velcro straps. Well worth the price and very decent quality

Great cover, way better than the Weber version
Bought this on Prime Days as the price was great. I have a Weber Spirit 210 which is the two burner version. I had gone through two Weber covers I'd bought at Home Depot, they cracked, frayed, were stiff, really stiff when cold. This cover is great. It fits like a glove. I thought the material was a bit thin and might get caught on the shelf corners and rip - nope. The material is flexible when cold, it hasn't ripped anywhere, and it looks new and hasn't lost it's rich black color. When the time comes I'll buy another Kingkong cover in a heartbeat, this is really well made, fits, WAY better than what Weber sells, and does what it's supposed to. I'm thinking I'm going to get years out of it which is awesome. Added benefit was the great price! Last thing is it came with a couple of accessories - tongs, grill brush and a thermometer which are all fine, good tongs that have the thing you slide in to hold them closed. Thermometer works, and the grill brush is fine, so a nice unexpected extra - I needed a grill cover. So these are a nice bonus, and not a cheap junk throw out bonus.

Weber Searwood 600 - this is the cover you want
I went through 3 different grill covers including the official Weber cover for the Searwood 600. This is the one you want. It is the only one that goes long enough to cover the bottom shelf without dragging on the ground. I still may put a strip of velcro along the edge of the shelf front and back just for extra coverage in high wind over the winter. This cover will fit with the optional side shelf open (if you have one). If the shelf is not installed, or if you like to fold it down, the attached velcro strap on the cover allows you to snug it up. The material itself has a more rubberized feel than the typical canvas feel of other covers I tried, but it seems thick and tear resistant. Time will tell on how long this lasts in the elements and in the UV of the sun, but at this price point, even if it only lasts 5 years, it is worth it.

Weber Spirit 200 series
I bought this to replace a 5-year old Weber cover that was offering little protection anymore. The cost of the Weber cover had doubled in 5-years ($40->80), so I thought I would give this cover a chance. The fit is very good, no worse than the Weber model. Weather resistance, so far, seems good... winter is coming to Minnesota. This cover is twice the weight of the Weber, so I have high hopes for durability, but it is just too early to tell. Easier to clean than the Weber, vinyl protector is easy to apply. I expected the grill tools included to be of little use, but they are actually quite nice and very usable, an added plus! 31 Month update: The cover is still hanging in there, but it is aging. 3 years is probably the limit for this cover, maybe a little more. I treat it with vinyl protector twice a year, but the Minnesota environment still takes its toll. There are numerous cracks, it leaks some, but still offers reasonable protection. I plan to buy again next year if the price holds. The accessory tools are holding up well.

Update: Still going great in year 6!
2023 Update: This cover is only beginning to show some slight wear from UV exposure since I bought it in 2017. What a great cover. They can keep the cheap tools that come with it - heck, no one should be using a grill brush that has bristles that can break off and then consumed, causing serious health issues. Just use the grill cover and you'll be thrilled. Update: So impressed with the durability of this cover. It is still flexible, no cracks, and sits out on my deck 8 months/year without issue. Just this year starting to see some minor fraying of threads holding the seams together. Velcro is still good, just showing some color fading of the straps from UV damage. Really haven't had an issue with it blowing around as I referenced in the original review. When I replace it in another 3-4 years, I hope the quality is the same. Original: So far so good, but the real test is the test of time. The cover is pretty thin and flexible, so my wife has told me she saw it blowing up in moderate gusts recently. I've tightened the Velcro straps on both ends to see if it'll keep the cover in place better. Fit is very good. I have to laugh every time I look out the window at our deck and see the King Kong logo on the cover - it's a bit whimsical. Haven't taken a good look at the tools yet, but they seem to be pretty good.

Great cover that holds up well over time
It has been 7 years since we purchased this cover. Still, the only reason that I am replacing it is to get a larger version from the same maker. This has never quite fit our grill (and isn't advertised to do so) and it has always been a challenge to put it on especially during cold weather. But if anything, the way that we have had to force it on at times only speaks to the cover's durability - it has never ripped at all despite being stretched over the corners of our grill. It has held up very well otherwise too - it is a little bit dried out and not quite as flexible as it used to be, but after 7 years being outside this is to be expected.
