3.5oz Ceylon Cinnamon Sticks from Sri Lanka, True Cinnamon Stick, Canela Entera.

I love using traditional spices for Birria. I have a hard time finding these ingredients and rely on Amazon stores for a lot of my shopping. These Ceylon cinnamon sticks arrived very quickly and were perfect. I put them in a glass jar for long term storage.

Although the cinamon is good the price for what I recieved is not worth it. It’s better to buy the larger package the value is bette.

I used this to make home made Birria and the flavor was wonderful!

Cinnamon sticks have always been pretty solid, wrapped tightly. These are wrapped very, very loose and in opening the package, several have fallen into pieces. Unsure how the broken ones will work when used.

Oh wow... I never knew cinnamon could smell sour. I failed to read the reviews before purchasing and almost ground this up and added it to my coffee before I caught on that there wasn't anything wrong with my nose... that cinnamon was horrible.I'm so grateful I finally read the reviews and threw this out before drinking it.Yuk!
