Q: What is the weight tolerance on this bar (i.e. how much at most does the actual weight deviate from the stated weight)?

i dont know yet but ive racked about 600lbs no probs. thats all i know though.

Q: What is the grip quality on this bar. Does it slip? I see mixed reviews with some pissed about poor grip.

Well the bar is great but I can’t really answer the grip due to the fact I use the suicide grip and I only use this bar for benching I love it it’s solid AF 💪🏽
