Q: Does this stain clothes?

I have put some on my neck below my hairline, and it has stained my collars with a yellow tinge. I am not sure as to why this has happened, but my wife uses clorox on white clothes, and I primarily wear old white shirts when I'm working in the heat, and they remained stained even after she washed.
