Great product
I liked that they are made out of all metal parts. I like the design, they are easy to keep clean and keep gunk out of the drain. They are also easy to install, and no leaks anywhere.

Very easy install and good quality
The quality of this drain seems good. The quality and thickness of the metal seemed better than the similar style drain it replaced. The 2 silicone washers made a nice tight seal with the basin. You do need to tighten with channel pliers or you will get a leak. I also like the removable plug basket. Very helpful if the spring mechanism for the plug corrodes and you need to drain your sink. Should also make replacement less effort (replace part not whole drain)

Easy to Install and perfect fit.
I ordered this replacement drain pipe and stopper for our bathroom faucet upgrade. The product is built well and was easy to fit into the existing sink. A gasket is supplied for the sink drain opening eliminating the need to use any plumbers putty to seal the drain into the sink basin. The removable drain basket is a plus to trap any items falling into the sink before they make their way to the sink pipe trap. Overall I am very happy with the purchase. I have purchased two more drains, with drain overflow, for my two sinks in the master bathroom.

Love it but smells weird
Awesome drain, looks great. I don’t use the plug much but so far it’s worked smoothly and reliably. I added some thread tape to the drain threads when installing because it leaked at first (I also didn’t tighten it as aggressively the first time). Only complaint is it smells weird. Only notice it when I open the vanity door under the sink. It seems to be the gasket. Kind of smells like frog dissection day in Bio class.

Pop-up drain was easy to install and works just fine.
I thought this drain would be easier to install than the push/pull assembly, and I was right. I followed the directions and installation was simple. The pop-up drain works fine, and it can be removed for cleaning of any hair or other small items caught in the basket. (I wanted to contact the manufacturer to obtain a replacement basket/stopper as a back-up, but never got a response to my emails.)

Poor tolerances. Mediocre drainage.
This thing looks good. It’s easy to install. Doesn’t leak. However, I had to remove the rubber gasket from the stopper. As I was testing the stopper, pushing it in and out before installation it got stuck down I was only able to get it back up because I hadn’t installed it yet. I poked a screwdriver through the holes. Holes which are no longer accessible once it’s installed. Sensing a potential problem I removed the rubber part which it got stuck on. This isn’t a problem for me because I never plan on closing the drain to fill up the sink. But what is a minor annoyance is the fact that Water doesn’t flow as freely down this drain as it did down the previous drain. This product was ridiculously affordable and looks nice but I’ll probably replace it for something that drains a little better in the not too distant future. I like this style of drain because it’s really easy to remove the stopper and basket to get hair out of it. I won’t be going back to the drains where you push and pull the handle; too easy to get massive disgusting hair monsters in there after a year or so.

Paint is chipping after only 3 months of use
The paint is chipping. Disappointed. And it’s not like a kitchen sink where you’re throwing around a lot of utensils. What causes paint chipping in a bathroom sink? A falling toothbrush??!
