Pretty easy to install and the kids love being able to get up into our big tree on their own. I love that it doesn’t hurt the tree and can be repositioned.

We put this up in less than 20 minutes. Once we figured out the ratchet part it was a breeze to install. The tree we used was medium in size- we ended up having to cut off around 12" of the strap for it to fit in the ratchet. It is sturdy enough for us larger adults to climb with no problem! I also like that we can adjust it as needed, moving the holds to make it a different climb once in a while. There were plenty in the box to make this fun and not frustrating. We would definitely buy this again, and have suggested it to friends.

Mine didn't come with an instruction manual and I'm having q hard time figuring it how to loosen the ratchet once it's tightened up. Can someone help me?

I have a couple of trees in my quaint backyard and my children loved using these in order to climb them. They are very sturdy and weather tolerant so far

My six year old LOVES to climb trees….the problem is she really couldn’t by herself. These were a TOTAL GAME CHANGER! Super easy to “install”. Love the colors. These climbers help her safely get up the tree. Her friends have so much fun climbing our trees too. The quality is very good. Nice and sturdy.

We set this up today in the backyard as a complement to our slackline jungle gym. The idea is great and on our smaller, smoother tree, two straps set up fairly easily. We had more difficulty with the larger tree that had more variation to the surface of the trunk, so choose wisely before purchase. In ratcheting one of the straps, the final tightening snapped one of the handholds clear in two (pictured). It would be easier to thread and tighten the straps if the hole the straps pass through was the same size and shape as the straps instead of round. The rest of the product works pretty well, and the kids and I tested the remaining pieces out this afternoon to pretty decent results (will still need another tightening after it settles a bit). They are pretty fun, I must admit.
