The knife feels solid, I love it! The blade is long and the picture doesn't do justice. I'm very happy and super pleased with the purchase. It's more of a collectors knife for me so I haven't tried it out in a real life experience (hunting or camping) it's super sharp (as others had stated). Love the sheath and the sharpening stone that comes with it, I also like that the inside of the sheath is a plastic housing peice that keeps the blade from cutting the sheath, very smart design.

As mentioned in other comments this is a BIG knife. Not something you would carry with you every day. Made well and passes the paper cutting sharp test, but does not shave hair out of the box. The make and feel of the knife is great but my only complaint is that the finger hole in the back is HUGE. It seems like this whole knife was made in concept for a standard pocket knife size and then just scaled up into a large foresters knife.Either way it's a great knife, sheath is high quality too which is something you don't see on most affordable knives. I have to give it 4 stars though because that finger hole is gigantic, and it's designed to place your PINKY FINGER in it. I don't know who thought it needed to be so big but it leans towards being obnoxious with how big it is. I could fit both of my THUMBS inside. But that's only my opinion. In production quality and effectiveness I have no complaints for this knife

This thing is huge, and I love it. O my thing is, the handle is about 1/2 and inch to short for me because the ring is so wide. I have quite large hands. This thing really is big, and you will love it. The sharpening atone is awesome

It's a lot larger than I expected, not exactly an EDC blade but; it would be ideal for combat or heavy duty work in the woods, a farm, a ranch, or for a survival tool. Nice sheath with a diamond whetstone, definitely the most bang for your bucks.

Fantastic knife, I keep in my truck. The loss of one star is because of the terrible sheath that comes with it. To deal with that I had a Kydex sheath made and attached a Blackhawk waistband paddle (but you can come up with your own solution). If you need a big knife this is a good one considering the price.

First off I thought this was a little smaller but I guess I read it wrong because this thing is huge!!!!! But I love itGot it pretty quick just came in a HUGE tv box with no bubble rap in side but it's ok sence it was in a smaller box inside thatKnife came with drop leg holster almost and a sharpener which is very nice! Knife came super sharp!!!!
